Delete my account
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This page explains how to delete your FiveKick account and what happens to your data. FiveKick is published by Nabil Amghar, a natural person registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 1030.635.193, reachable at support@fivekick.be.
1. From the app
- Open the FiveKick app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- At the very bottom, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. If you can no longer access your account
If you can't sign in any more, email us at support@fivekick.be from the address linked to your account. We handle your request within one month, as the GDPR requires.
3. Which data is deleted?
The following data is deleted within 30 days of your account being deleted:
- first name, last name, email address and password;
- profile photo and city;
- availability and answers to call-ups;
- notification token and notification preferences.
4. Which data is kept?
- Match history and leaderboards: kept in anonymised form. Your name is removed, but the results stay attached to the matches. This is necessary to preserve the integrity of the ELO leaderboard for the other players, who played against you.
- Messages already sent: messages you sent in your team changing room or in a private conversation may remain visible to the other participants, as in any messaging app.
- Reports about you: kept for one year after they are handled, for moderation follow-up.
5. What about your Premium subscription?
Deleting your FiveKick account does not cancel your Premium subscription. It is managed by Google Play or the App Store, not by FiveKick. To cancel it:
- Android: Play Store → your profile photo → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
Cancel your subscription before deleting your account, otherwise it will keep renewing.
